I stand speechless at the treatment I received today, a loyal client. Keisha, the salon proprietor, lacks professionalism and exudes negative energy. The initial image displays my 10 am appointment, which was later shifted to 12:30 - without any apology for the inconvenience, mind you. Upon arriving with my younger sibling for the 12:30 appointment, another client was already having their hair done (as depicted in the second image). The stylist had just begun the other person's hair when our appointment time came around at 12:30 (initially set for 10 am). After notifying Keisha, the salon owner, of this issue via text, she phoned me rudely and displayed aggression. Her demeanor and behavior were uncalled for, as she failed to acknowledge the delays and inconveniences. She even went to the salon and confronted my younger sibling in a harsh manner. A simple apology could have prevented this situation, demonstrating appreciation for repeat clients and their time, yet I was met with unprofessionalism, negative vibes, and rudeness. It's regrettable to say that she lost two loyal clients today (myself and my sibling). I question how her employees can remain under such leadership following my experience. Additionally, she gossips about clients after they depart. Be cautious.
