Hannah executed a splendid job on my acrylic gels! I walked in and was out in about an hour. She was amiable and skilled.
On both visits, I've had dreadful encounters. During my initial visit, the lady and another gentleman argued about the nail work, as she seemed unsure of what to do, prompting him to take over, resulting in a bulky hump of acrylic on my nails. On my second visit, the lady assigned to me spent the first 5 minutes engrossed in her phone. Despite my instructions to have my nails shortened and to use gel instead of ombré, she attempted to reapply the ombré, disregarding my preferences. Even after reiterating my request for gel, she returned with a completely different color. She neglected to trim my cuticles, the acrylic didn't cover my entire nail, leaving a chunk underneath unpolished, and my nails ended up being uneven shapes. Overall, this was the most unsatisfactory experience I've encountered. Their prices are exorbitant, and the staff lacks social skills. I will happily take my patronage elsewhere, where individuals take pleasure in their work and take the time to execute it correctly. I was initially eager to visit them due to the appealing nail photos of other customers, but I should have perused the reviews!
I should have heeded all the poor reviews they had. The responsibility is mine. This individual Brian not only did a very subpar job but also significantly overcharged me. I have never shelled out so much for a simple manicure and pedicure. I requested my preferred color, and he disapproved, expressing his opinion in a condescending manner. Once he deemed me stingy, he conversed in Vietnamese and disregarded me. I strongly advise against this establishment. A kind lady attempted to justify his behavior when she spotted me in the parking area taking photos of my toes and nails. Opportunities arise only once.
