In the morning, I phoned to reschedule my appointment for the following day to the afternoon. Upon arrival, it became apparent that an error had occurred, and my appointment had not been changed. The absence of the manager left me in the hands of a displeased and impolite nail technician for my pedicure. She barely communicated, exuded annoyance, and her demeanor made the entire experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I felt hurried and unappreciated throughout the appointment.
