The image I presented vs the result I received. Is this a blonde shade, Molly??? Despite claiming "We don't have time for that," she spent a whopping 3 HOURS applying bleach and rinsing my head. Turns out my LIGHT BROWN HAIR wasn't lightened enough to achieve a blonde look. I informed her before she began working on my hair, "Hey, I have overtone in, so you'll likely need a color remover treatment," to which she agreed. However, upon her return with the treatment, she simply applied bleach. She even confessed post-appointment that she was unfamiliar with overtone, yet still proceeded with bleaching my hair, penetrating deeper into the strands. I requested a FULL BLONDE, but she neglected to foil the ends. Astonishingly, my friend, a GINGER, achieved better results bleaching her hair AT HOME in just 40 MINUTES. And to top it off, I paid 240$ for HAIR DAMAGE and additional staining.
Exceptional service with Kat! She is truly exceptional ❤️ Words cannot convey her brilliance!! Thank you!! She rectified a poor haircut, transforming it into the finest cut I've had in ages. She has earned the exclusive right to style my hair indefinitely! Lol
