First visit with my daughter. Scheduled a specialty cut, a skin fade. Disappointed as there was no fade at all, not even a skin fade. Paid extra for this service and feeling unsatisfied. The stylist did ask if it was acceptable, but my daughter didn't want it fixed, she appeared upset. On the way home, she mentioned the stylist was pressing too hard on her head and just wanted it to end. The stylist also didn't do a good job cleaning off the tiny hairs on her face.
Ethan truly exceeded expectations in providing an exceptional experience. His scissor skills are outstanding. I highly recommend him, and I will definitely return for my next haircut!
Outstanding service! Needed a last-minute haircut for my daughter and we managed to secure an appointment on the same day... actually, within the same hour. Upon arrival, we were promptly greeted and my daughter was taken in even before her scheduled time. The haircut turned out fantastic. We will definitely be back.
