I'm going to break down my feedback into two parts. Firstly, I want to commend the hairstylist Taylor. She did an amazing job braiding and styling my hair, creating a beautiful updo for me without having to wash my hair again. Personally, I find that hairstyles hold better when the hair isn't freshly washed. The braided sides and intricate back style she did for me were perfect for both an afternoon 80th birthday celebration and an evening wedding. I also had my eyebrows waxed during the visit. I would rate Taylor a perfect ten for her talent and expertise. Now, moving on to the second part of my review, which concerns the pricing of the services I received. My total bill came to $76.00, which I felt was on the higher side. I understand that the pricing is not determined by the stylists themselves but by the salon. After reading this feedback, I kindly request a reconsideration of charging senior citizens prices akin to those of prom or wedding services. I want to emphasize that I am not upset or angry with anyone. It was my oversight not to inquire about the costs when booking my appointment. Taylor and her colleague always deliver exceptional service, and I have always been satisfied with their work. I would like to share that three years ago, I underwent seven shoulder surgeries and was unable to wash my own hair. For two years, Andi assisted me by washing and blow-drying my hair every week. I was consistently pleased with the service and pricing during that period.

Absolutely adore my stylist Taylor, she nails my cut every single time! Scheduling my appointments with her is a breeze, whether it's for a trim or shaping my eyebrows. On days when I'm feeling low, she never fails to brighten my mood ☀️ Thank you, Taylor!
