After reading this feedback, I kindly request a reconsideration of charging senior citizens prices akin to those of prom or wedding services. I want to emphasize that I am not upset or angry with anyone. It was my oversight not to inquire about the costs when booking my appointment. Taylor and her colleague always deliver exceptional service, and I have always been satisfied with their work. I would like to share that three years ago, I underwent seven shoulder surgeries and was unable to wash my own hair. For two years, Andi assisted me by washing and blow-drying my hair every week. I was consistently pleased with the service and pricing during that period.
