I got a haircut with Paul. He was pleasant. I requested a layered cut and only asked for an inch off my split ends, but unfortunately, I left with a shoulder-length haircut. I was also billed $60 for the service. I had been growing out my hair for a year, and I am very disappointed that I have to start over. I won't be coming back.
I had a haircut with Paul. He was patient and kind, but he ended up charging me 55 dollars, which was much higher than the 36 dollars listed for a women's haircut on their price board. The hairstyle I received was a bit strange and not what I had shown him in the picture. I won't be returning.
The only salon I go to in Champaign is Paul's, and he is really fantastic. I showed him a few pictures and communicated my preferences throughout the cut, and he executed it perfectly! Walk-ins might be accommodated, but it's better to call ahead before you go!
