I usually visit this place to get my eyebrows waxed and it's usually fine, but this time I had a terrible experience. There was a new gentleman working and I was unsure if he would be able to do the eyebrow wax properly, but I trusted the establishment and decided to proceed with it. He seemed very nervous with the wax, and if he was uncomfortable, he should have informed me or had another person do it. Then he used thread which felt like all of my hair was being pulled out. In the end, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided as it seems like my eyebrows were not done at all. They look very messy, and A1 needs to properly train their new employees on all services.
I always visit this place for brow threading, and they never disappoint! Tried getting my brows tinted for the first time, and they turned out amazing. The gentleman explained all the steps clearly! I highly recommend this place. :)
