This establishment is truly disappointing! The quality of work is very inconsistent. I've visited twice and have no intention of returning. They do not pay attention to your requests or adhere to the instructions you provide. During my last pedicure, an elderly individual attended to me and I believe there was a language barrier that hindered communication. She simply nodded and smiled. Moreover, the pricing is misleading. I asked for a spa pedicure listed at $35, but was charged $50 at checkout! I strongly advise against patronizing this place.
Ashley was absolutely fantastic! She dedicated ample time ensuring my nails were impeccably filed, shaped, and not overly thick. I will definitely become a regular for dip nails with her!! The pricing is also very fair! I've been paying too much for subpar service at other salons.
I've experimented with several nail salons in the vicinity but none felt quite right for me to make my regular go-to until I discovered Hanover Nails & Spa. Jayden is truly a master at his craft. He is courteous and attentive, and I personally don't require a talkative nail technician. As a mother of three young kids, I cherish the moments of peace and relaxation when I pamper myself. Every time Jayden works on my nails, I receive numerous compliments. Recently, I took my daughter for a nail treatment there, and she adores her nails! I highly recommend Jayden and Hanover Nails & Spa to anyone seeking a serene and welcoming nail salon. Thank you, Jayden!
