My experience was quite unpleasant! It was the worst manicure I have ever had, despite waiting for over an hour. I understand they were slightly overwhelmed and in a hurry, but the outcome was incredibly disappointing. The skin around every finger is now scratched, gel is adhered to my skin - which is concerning as it can lead to allergies, and the gel is already peeling off, just an hour after leaving the salon. My cuticles were barely pushed back and carelessly trimmed, all I wanted was a simple, natural manicure. I could have done a better job at home, but I wanted to trust the professionals especially since I have a modeling event today.
