My experience was quite unpleasant! It was the worst manicure I have ever had, despite waiting for over an hour. I understand they were slightly overwhelmed and in a hurry, but the outcome was incredibly disappointing. The skin around every finger is now scratched, gel is adhered to my skin - which is concerning as it can lead to allergies, and the gel is already peeling off, just an hour after leaving the salon. My cuticles were barely pushed back and carelessly trimmed, all I wanted was a simple, natural manicure. I could have done a better job at home, but I wanted to trust the professionals especially since I have a modeling event today. I paid $55 for... this?!

I didn’t receive what I requested after assurance it could be done, less than a week later, a portion of the nail detached. When I attempted to remove the remaining part, it took a piece of my natural nail with it. There was an excessive amount of glue, and I consider myself fortunate that my entire nail did not come off.

During my pedicure appointment, the technician Abby seemed to be dozing off, neglecting to properly exfoliate my feet. My feet and nails appear disheveled. Although the nail shaping was done well, the polish application is messy, with bubbles present even after I pointed out the missed spots. When I raised this issue, she attempted to argue, claiming it was my skin causing the imperfections when I know it was due to the acrylic not being properly polished. If you are not willing to perform the job diligently, perhaps it's best to seek employment elsewhere. I have shared images of both hands for reference.
