Efficient, precise, polished, and reasonably priced. Everything you desire in a nail salon. I'm attaching a snapshot of their rates as they were not readily available.
The most disappointing manicure I've ever received was at this establishment. I was so let down, I promptly scheduled an appointment elsewhere. What a waste of both time and money. I used to be a regular patron.
Presently seated here as I pen this evaluation. My son and his buddy came by for eyebrow waxing. Inquired about the wait time, was informed 15 minutes. They've been waiting for about an hour for a simple waxing session. I assumed waxing was a quick process that could be squeezed in between clients, but it appears I was mistaken. Witnessed a staff member leave a pedicure mid-session to step outside briefly, then returned, touched the door with the same gloves, and resumed the pedicure. I'm just visiting town and wanted to share my observations as an onlooker. Despite my daughter liking their previous work and wanting to return, it's a hard pass for me. Additionally, they lack pleasantness and friendliness, in my personal view.
