Used to frequent this place in my early 20s and always left satisfied. Ten years later, returned for the second time and left more disappointed than the first visit after such a long time. First visit was nearly a month ago on a busy Saturday for a pedicure by Rose and a full set by Ellen or Helen. Despite their busyness, I accepted the mediocre work. Returned recently for acrylic touch-up; the results speak for themselves. Even when "Ellen" or "Helen" noticed flaws, they didn't bother to fix them and charged me $40!! Very unprofessional and a rip-off. With only one other customer this time, the service and attention should have been flawless.
