Used to frequent this place in my early 20s and always left satisfied. Ten years later, returned for the second time and left more disappointed than the first visit after such a long time. First visit was nearly a month ago on a busy Saturday for a pedicure by Rose and a full set by Ellen or Helen. Despite their busyness, I accepted the mediocre work. Returned recently for acrylic touch-up; the results speak for themselves. Even when "Ellen" or "Helen" noticed flaws, they didn't bother to fix them and charged me $40!! Very unprofessional and a rip-off. With only one other customer this time, the service and attention should have been flawless. Will not be coming back or recommending them.
I will NEVER return. Walked in last night, requested a simple medium-length acrylic set in black coffin shape. Basic request. Felt rushed throughout, the technician was rough, filed into my cuticles causing pain. Nails were square-shaped? Polish missing, bubbles, polish on skin, glue residue everywhere, overall terrible. Wanted to return for a fix but they closed shortly after I left. Came back the next day for corrections by the same technician. Ended up with two fingers cut while filing aggressively, had to repeatedly ask for shape adjustments, technician seemed distracted, more polish missing, uneven shapes, polish on skin, and now one nail is crooked. The worst nail set and experience ever. First photo is after initial appointment, rest are after the "fix". You can see the cut on my pinky. $50 for this? Absolutely unacceptable.
Got my nails done around 5pm. Nails look cute but have minor bumps and bubbles, visible glue on gems and nails. Underneath looks like it's already breaking. Not all nails are the same length. Nails were affordable at $60, but a bit disappointing upon closer inspection in sunlight the next morning.
