Visited on Saturday 10/21/2023, had to switch technicians because the first one didn't understand my request. I paid $15.00 for a manicure and $66.00 for a dip powder ombré on natural nails, plus a $10.00 tip. Total cost: $91.00. The manicure from the first technician was terrible, and the dip has already chipped off... it's only Tuesday 10/24/2023! Frustrating!
Consistently excellent service. Quick and efficient, I'm in and out in no time. I've had my nails done by different people there, and it's always a great experience.
If you're in a hurry or waiting for your regular technician, this place is a good option. I'm often dissatisfied with the service as they rush through my nail appointment, the shape is never quite right, and a couple are usually uneven. While it's not very noticeable unless you're close up, it's still frustrating. I do appreciate that some of the staff are friendly. However, considering I'm paying over $60 plus a tip, I expect better results. Given the price, I might not come back. I'm on the lookout for a reliable nail technician in Dayton, Ohio.
