This establishment is pleasant, well-maintained, and the team, particularly Annie and Jessica, are exceptional in their service!
I am utterly disappointed with the outcome of my hair. While it appeared satisfactory initially, I had requested a black top with a red wine peek-a-boo underneath, but instead received an ombré. Upon closer inspection at home, remnants of blonde are visible in various areas. Following the stylist's advice, I took a cold shower to preserve the color, only to find red dye running and leaving splotches. Although Julie was pleasant, the result does not justify the expense. I cannot recommend this service.
I’ve been frequenting this establishment for years & every visit has been a delight. My hair always looks fabulous post-appointment!
