It's decent. This salon maintains a high level of cleanliness and organization. The staff is welcoming. I appreciated the absence of strong chemical odors typical of many salons. However, I found the online booking system for multiple clients to be confusing as it appears to only book for one person. It's not possible to review appointment details through the website or email. The variety of nail polish colors was quite limited. While my manicurist was pleasant, they didn't cover the entire nail surface and left some hangnails. Personally, I don't believe the service justifies the price.
I've been a patron at this nail studio for quite some time now, witnessing various technicians come and go. With recent changes in management, the establishment has managed to uphold a warm, inviting, and professional atmosphere. My usual technician, Skylar, always does a fantastic job on my nails, taking the time to ensure perfection. Her dedication to her craft is evident, but she's currently on maternity leave. In her absence, I've started seeing Taylor, who is equally amazing. She pays attention to detail and gives the most relaxing foot massages. If you're in search of a top-notch nail salon, this is the place to be.
