My friends were surprised that they left my overgrown nails untouched after a fill. When I requested them to trim it down because it looked unappealing, she made a fuss about it, claiming that's how it should look after a fill. I genuinely don't understand how they retain regular customers - except for the fact that they seem to treat older ladies with more respect. I assumed we were all spending the same amount of money and time there? It's disappointing that I won't be returning, especially since it's the nearest nail salon to me. I'm willing to drive all the way to Murray for some quality work at this point.

Tracked down Sarah from NYC to Albany. Because she’s that good. However, I met Justine while Sarah was on maternity leave. They're both amazing! I've been booking appointments frequently with Justine due to my hectic schedule. She's extremely gentle, efficient & flexible with my appointments. Definitely worth the journey for me.
