With over a decade of combat sports experience and past competitions under my belt, I found myself at a crossroads in life. Visiting the gym and observing Coach Alex's expertise on the mat from day one convinced me that he had much to offer. His immense top pressure and insightful teachings have significantly enhanced my grappling skills. Coach Alex's commitment to learning new techniques and his supportive approach during training sessions make him an exceptional instructor. Despite being only a blue belt, I believe Coach Alex has the potential to be a black belt and establish his own academy. The more seasoned students graciously guided me, despite their physical advantages, creating a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. I wholeheartedly recommend giving this BJJ gym a try if you're interested in grappling arts.
