I trusted her suggestions, and the result was beautiful! Besides great hair, I enjoyed our conversations and a relaxing scalp massage during the conditioning treatment. My friends were surprised that they left my overgrown nails untouched after a fill. When I requested them to trim it down because it looked unappealing, she made a fuss about it, claiming that's how it should look after a fill. I genuinely don't understand how they retain regular customers - except for the fact that they seem to treat older ladies with more respect. I assumed we were all spending the same amount of money and time there? It's disappointing that I won't be returning, especially since it's the nearest nail salon to me. Tracked down Sarah from NYC to Albany. Because she’s that good. However, I met Justine while Sarah was on maternity leave. They're both amazing! I've been booking appointments frequently with Justine due to my hectic schedule. She's extremely gentle, efficient & flexible with my appointments.
