My pharmacy experience warrants no stars. I phoned in a prescription on Monday and was assured it'd be ready post-12:00 on Tuesday. Arriving at the drive-thru at 4:00 on Tuesday, I waited a considerable time before any employee acknowledged my presence. I was then informed my prescription wasn't prepared. With plans that evening, I mentioned I'd return on Wednesday. Once more, at 4:30, I visited the drive-thru only to hear my prescription still wasn't ready. Asked to circle back and wait in line for filling. I inquired about curbside pickup but was told no staff was available. Valuing my time, I opted to return home and try again on Thursday. Three trips for one prescription. While Drug Mart was once convenient, due to this level of service, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

It's decent. This salon maintains a high level of cleanliness and organization. The staff is welcoming. I appreciated the absence of strong chemical odors typical of many salons. However, I found the online booking system for multiple clients to be confusing as it appears to only book for one person. It's not possible to review appointment details through the website or email. The variety of nail polish colors was quite limited. While my manicurist was pleasant, they didn't cover the entire nail surface and left some hangnails. I paid $15.00 for a manicure and $66.00 for a dip powder ombré on natural nails, plus a $10.00 tip. Total cost: $91.00. The manicure from the first technician was terrible, and the dip has already chipped off... it's only Tuesday 10/24/2023!
