Terrible haircuts, lopsided, neglected cutting around ears, jagged edges, about an inch of hair left unshaved, and the stylist mentioned struggling with a fine-toothed comb through my multiracial child's curly hair... of course, it's curly, why try that? I had to pay another stylist elsewhere to fix it. Also, they only cut my son's ponytail, never removed the band, just snipped it off and left it like that.
My previous stylist closed her salon in Chicago, so I opted for Hair Haven since it's near my place. It's right by the grocery store, so it's convenient as I frequent there. My stylist is Rachel and she's incredibly welcoming! A week before my visit, I attempted to trim some split ends. Honestly, I have no clue what I was doing, but it turned out a mess!😂 Rachel did an amazing job fixing my mistake & now I have a proper hairstyle again! I assured her I'll let her handle my hair from now on! Oh, Rachel is also quick. The whole process took just over 30 minutes! I'm thrilled with the result & highly recommend them!
