Rosie did an excellent job on my pedicure and nails overall. I displayed a sample for my nails, and she executed it well. The only issue is that she used regular polish and a solar finish instead of gel, causing the top coat to peel and the polish to come off. I returned once to have it corrected, but they repeated the same mistake. They mentioned they were trying to save me money, which I understand, but I also want to receive what I paid for, which is a durable design/set of nails. I did not return for further corrections, but I will simply request not to use the polish/solar combination. It is not effective.
AVOID THIS PLACE!!! I walked in with long, healthy fingernails. It was my debut visit. My uncle had visited once before and was pleased with a specific individual, so I decided to treat myself. The young lady began scraping, drilling, and filing (yes, filing) to remove my gel polish. She filed and drilled so excessively that my fingernails HAD TO BE TRIMMED because they had become so thin from filing that they were bending backwards after soaking in the water. I have photos of my nails post-visit to this salon YESTERDAY. I am returning for a complete refund and to have my fingernails trimmed AGAIN. UPDATE!! I must return in an hour to have my nails fixed!!! NEVER AGAIN
