Rosie did an excellent job on my pedicure and nails overall. I displayed a sample for my nails, and she executed it well. The only issue is that she used regular polish and a solar finish instead of gel, causing the top coat to peel and the polish to come off. I returned once to have it corrected, but they repeated the same mistake. They mentioned they were trying to save me money, which I understand, but I also want to receive what I paid for, which is a durable design/set of nails. I did not return for further corrections, but I will simply request not to use the polish/solar combination. Kris was amazing! The salon ambiance is absolutely charming, and you can truly sense their dedication to their clients and their clients' hair. Kris paid meticulous attention to every step of the process and even provided suggestions for products to help me maintain my hair between visits, promoting growth and strength. The compliments I've received on my hair speak volumes.
