The pedicure was satisfactory but the manicure was dreadful. Cuticles are inflamed and bleeding. Won't be returning!
I got a gel manicure done and not even 2 weeks later, nails were all cracked and chipping. Returned to inquire why it lasted only 2 weeks and was informed that it needs to be redone every 2 weeks. That is incorrect. It should last around 4 weeks. Won't be returning here.
I admire Alex's work. It is flawless. They are friendly, always smiling and executes their tasks with excellence. The proprietor appears very hospitable as well. It is crucial that every patron receives top-notch service, and from my observation, that is exactly what happens. The establishment appears spotless, which is equally vital. Thank you!
