I made a nail appointment on Thursday morning for 5:30. They confirmed it and told me to come in. When I arrived, the salon was crowded with no one available to do my nails. Despite having booked an appointment, I was made to wait for TWO HOURS. When they finally wanted to start, I left as I found their unprofessionalism and lack of consideration unacceptable. Although reputed as one of the best nail salons in Cedar Falls, their customer service and appointment management fall short of expectations. I cannot speak highly enough of Splendore - even though we no longer reside in Nebraska, I have returned since relocating. The team is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable - most recently, I was attended to by Alex, who was exceptional. I have been getting my nails done for nearly 15 years now. I have tried various salons in the region, but for the past couple of years, I have been going to VIP. Cindy is incredibly kind and does an exceptional job every single time (even though I always challenge her artistic skills). She always accommodates my hectic schedule and ensures my nails last until my next visit.
