I made a nail appointment on Thursday morning for 5:30. They confirmed it and told me to come in. When I arrived, the salon was crowded with no one available to do my nails. Despite having booked an appointment, I was made to wait for TWO HOURS. When they finally wanted to start, I left as I found their unprofessionalism and lack of consideration unacceptable. Although reputed as one of the best nail salons in Cedar Falls, their customer service and appointment management fall short of expectations. I am truly disappointed.
Our nail technician was incredibly kind and did an amazing job! The pricing was fair as well. We will definitely return!
I prefer quick service, but not at the cost of proper nail care. During my last pedicure, they filed my toenail so aggressively that it caused damage, requiring me to seek medical attention. When I raised this issue, they showed no empathy. It took 7-8 months for my nail to heal. Unfortunately, this establishment no longer deserves a 5-star rating.
