I've been a customer here before, and I'm extremely disappointed! I paid $172 for a manicure, pedicure, eyebrow wax, and eyelash extensions. Only two out of the four services met my expectations. My nails didn't turn out as desired, which is a big deal for me as I value quality. One of my nails is crooked. Despite the technician not meeting my standards, I still tipped her. The biggest issue is with my eyelashes. I just had them done yesterday, and I'm currently trying to remove them. The lashes are coming off with the clusters, causing irritation to my eyes. Too much glue was used on the clusters, and now I have almost no natural lashes left. Additionally, the owner was rude when her Apple Pay machine malfunctioned. She doubted my intention to pay, but I had a card on hand. She even checked the receipt after my card went through. I will not be returning here.About
