I've been a customer here before, and I'm extremely disappointed! I paid $172 for a manicure, pedicure, eyebrow wax, and eyelash extensions. Only two out of the four services met my expectations. My nails didn't turn out as desired, which is a big deal for me as I value quality. One of my nails is crooked. Despite the technician not meeting my standards, I still tipped her. The biggest issue is with my eyelashes. I just had them done yesterday, and I'm currently trying to remove them. The lashes are coming off with the clusters, causing irritation to my eyes. Too much glue was used on the clusters, and now I have almost no natural lashes left. Additionally, the owner was rude when her Apple Pay machine malfunctioned. She doubted my intention to pay, but I had a card on hand. She even checked the receipt after my card went through. I will not be returning here.
Absolutely adored my experience here! Can't wait for my next visit! Vivia worked her magic on my nails today, fixing a botched full set of acrylics from a different salon. The previous technician did a terrible job, so I came here for a fix, and I'm thrilled that I did! Vivia was incredibly skilled, gentle, and patient. She took her time and didn't rush like the technician at the other salon. The complimentary drinks and beautiful decor made the experience truly relaxing. A perfect 10/10!
Acrylic Set. $90. I had them done on a Friday and loved the design. However, by Sunday, my thumb nail completely came off. Then on Monday, another nail popped off. I went back to get them fixed on Monday, only to have two different nails pop off by Thursday. All the nails came off within a week of getting them done. The technician rushed through the service and fixing my nails. For nearly $100, it was not worth it, and I won't be returning.
