Natural Nails

I visited a local nail salon on my day off while traveling for work in Tulsa. I opted for a gel pedicure and manicure, with my appointment scheduled for 2:30. Unfortunately, I encountered issues with the drying process, particularly with my thumb. Despite the technician's assurance that all nails were dry, by 9 pm, three fingers had bubbled and were soft, and by midnight, four fingers were affected. By the next evening, all six nails were showing signs of poor drying. When I requested a refund due to the timing of the issue, I was informed that refunds were not offered, which was disappointing given my frequent travels for nail services across the country.

The service at this nail salon was exceptional - sweet, professional, and efficient. There was no wait time, and the staff managed to strike the perfect balance between professionalism and personal touch. I left with beautifully done nails and a pedicure that exceeded my expectations. I absolutely adore this place!

The shellac application on four of my nails did not dry properly and ended up staining my white capris. When I brought this to the attention of the technician during my pedicure, all she could muster was a simple "wow." This experience has led me to decide that it will be my second and final visit to this establishment. I inquired about using polish remover to salvage my clothing, but the response was a dismissive "no." There was no attempt to rectify the situation or even a basic expression of gratitude.
