The team members were not only highly skilled but also attentive to my preferences, ensuring that my nails were precisely as I had envisioned. The establishment itself was immaculate and inviting, creating a serene atmosphere for relaxation. Whether it was a basic manicure or intricate nail art, the outcomes were consistently flawless. Upon departing Nail Designs II, I felt pampered and rejuvenated, and without a doubt, it stands out as one of the finest nail salons I have ever frequented.

I entered seeking a refill for a dip that had been poorly executed by another salon. I was promptly greeted and seated, and Lily attended to my nails. She was amiable and humorous. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed to see not only her but also two other Hispanic employees at the salon. She executed an exceptional job on my nails, taking her time and ensuring I approved each step of the process. I am pleased with the results and will certainly return.

I had hoped to have a positive experience at this establishment, but due to the nail technician assigned to me, I am left disappointed. I had requested Almond-shaped nails, yet she proceeded to give me stiletto nails instead. Despite my clear instructions to round them more, she attempted to persuade me otherwise. With 12 years of nail care experience, I can distinguish between almond and stiletto nails. Additionally, she trimmed my natural nails that had new growth without seeking my consent. Her justification was "That's the way I do it." One should never alter a client's nails without their explicit permission. It is essential to establish trust with new clients to sustain a loyal clientele. It is advisable to schedule an appointment with the top technician in advance. Although I did not do so, they contacted me to assign a technician for my nails. I should have foreseen the impending disaster when I inquired at the reception if they were proficient in nail services, and the response was not an immediate "yes." I will not be returning. Perhaps she anticipated a gratuity from me. However, that is not the case. If she seeks a tip, here is a piece of advice: heed the client's desires, not your own.
