I value her input when seeking advice, and she has never let me down. 5 stars for the Cathedral City Supercuts for their quality, convenience, and affordability.
I made a prior appointment and they were able to accommodate me almost immediately, which I found commendable. The staff there were also very pleasant. I requested a standard men's haircut (2 to 1 fade on the sides and a light trim on top) and my barber could have improved on the blending on the sides. I would give a higher rating if the $28 price for my haircut had resulted in a better outcome. I was expecting a superior result. I may explore other options next time. UPDATE: Katherine (one of the proprietors of Supercuts) reached out to me and offered to have someone address the blending on the sides to my satisfaction at no extra cost. This demonstrates their commitment to customer satisfaction. She went the extra mile to resolve my issue. I appreciate this level of service, especially considering I posted the initial review just a few hours ago. Thank you, Katherine!
One of the premier spots for getting a haircut. Each individual has excelled in cutting my hair at some point. The staff is always welcoming. Their estimated haircut duration is always spot on. I plan on being a returning customer for years to come.
