I had such high hopes for this establishment, but my recent visit left me utterly disappointed. The technician not only removed my acrylic nails roughly, causing me immense discomfort, but also applied a random blue dip powder that was not even close to the color I had chosen. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, she blamed me and simply layered more dip powder on top, resulting in a clumpy and uneven finish. I paid $50 for a service that I cannot wait to remove. When I called to inquire about the price discrepancy, I was informed that the service I received should have only cost $45.
