I had such high hopes for this establishment, but my recent visit left me utterly disappointed. The technician not only removed my acrylic nails roughly, causing me immense discomfort, but also applied a random blue dip powder that was not even close to the color I had chosen. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, she blamed me and simply layered more dip powder on top, resulting in a clumpy and uneven finish. I paid $50 for a service that I cannot wait to remove. When I called to inquire about the price discrepancy, I was informed that the service I received should have only cost $45.
Despite the constant crowds, this nail salon has become my favorite go-to spot. Securing an appointment is essential, as they will turn away walk-ins if they are too busy. The complimentary bottle of water upon arrival is a nice touch that adds to the overall experience. LV Nails has definitely won me over.
I had a fantastic experience as a walk-in customer at this salon. The gel pedicure I received was top-notch, and the attention to detail was impressive. I highly recommend their services with a perfect score of 10 out of 10. Thank you for a wonderful visit!
