Absolutely amazing! I strained my shoulder during a yoga session and decided to visit Descending Dragon for help. Jarrod was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He recommended a tuina massage which made a significant improvement in my mobility. I was able to stand up straight after the session, something I couldn't do when I walked in. Jarrod also provided me with exercises to continue the progress at home. After 24 hours, I still feel some soreness but I am thrilled with the outcome. I will definitely be a regular client moving forward. Highly recommended!
I went in for a Tuina treatment and Jarrod exceeded my expectations. The way he manipulated my spine to realign and loosen it up was truly impressive. I am looking forward to more treatments and joining the martial arts classes.
The Capoeira classes at Descending Dragon are fantastic! The atmosphere is friendly and the classes are super enjoyable. Highly recommend giving them a try!
