My experience was absolutely dreadful. I regret not reading the reviews beforehand. Red flags arose when the technician immediately denied having swatches of nail powders and later contradicted herself about the availability of dip powder colors. The lack of attention to detail was evident in the uneven French tip lines and air bubbles in the white polish. This was by far the worst nail salon I have ever visited. Additionally, the technician attempted to shift blame onto me and neglected proper cuticle care. While they offered to rectify the situation, their focus seemed more on payment than the well-being of my nails. Avoid booking with Tina at all costs!
