So thrilled that I discovered Taylor--my exclusive lash artist for about 4 years now. She's truly a gem! Her standard of work is simply exceptional. She surpasses my expectations every single time. I ALWAYS leave the room content. Truly an incredible lash artist! She not only ensures my lashes are flawless; she also ensures that I am at ease and always makes me feel so at ease by being kind enough to listen about my day. If you’re seeking your go-to lash artist, search no more! I’ve visited Taylor 4 times now, twice for lash lifts and twice for lash extensions and touch up. Every time she absolutely crushed it! I’ve had lash lifts and lash extensions done before at different spots around the Bay Area, but Taylor is on a different level. Her touch is gentle, I barely feel them on my lashes. This goes for the lashes themselves, too! They don’t feel bothersome at all and I hardly notice them on my eyes. And the ambiance is so peaceful, I especially adore her playlist that plays in the background. Her online booking site is also very user-friendly and simple to use. She even offers a silent appointment choice that I’ve tried before, where there’s no need to engage in small talk. You can just relax or take a quick nap if you wish. However, Taylor is also a great conversationalist and she can easily make time fly by. She’s very educational as well, ensuring you know the proper aftercare to make sure your lash lift or lash extensions last as long as possible. She even provides you with a complimentary goodie bag at the conclusion of your initial appointment for your lash lift or lash extensions, so that you have what you need to maintain your lashes. I can’t wait to see Taylor again, I believe I’ve finally found my lash technician. I’ve already scheduled my next touch up appointment!
