Incredibly professional, considerate, and meticulous. I've been searching for a reliable waxing salon nearby. It took me 2 1/2 years to discover one, and Alondra is the one. She doesn't hurry through the process, communicates effectively, and provides me with post-care instructions. The only downside is that she's selective about doing eyebrows unless she's done them before. I understand, though. I'd rather have that than risk my eyebrows for the sake of money! I have received facials from various individuals over the years, but none compare to the skill and expertise of Jen. My experience was absolutely dreadful. I regret not reading the reviews beforehand. Red flags arose when the technician immediately denied having swatches of nail powders and later contradicted herself about the availability of dip powder colors. The lack of attention to detail was evident in the uneven French tip lines and air bubbles in the white polish. This was by far the worst nail salon I have ever visited. Additionally, the technician attempted to shift blame onto me and neglected proper cuticle care. While they offered to rectify the situation, their focus seemed more on payment than the well-being of my nails. Deb is THE top hairstylist I've had. She's a stickler for detail and won't let you go until the cut meets her high standards. She's constantly learning and excels at her craft. Since moving to Idaho, I haven't found a stylist as excellent as her!
