Dr. Shih is empathetic, understanding, incredibly knowledgeable, and a leader in his field. I have consulted him for different issues in both of my feet over the past few years. He has consistently resolved my immediate problems, but given the trauma-related damage accumulated over my 75 years, I do not expect long-term miracles. Lisa has connected me with fantastic therapists, including Nikki. Nikki offers a unique approach that combines intuitive energy assessment with a blend of reiki, cranial sacral, tapping, polarity balancing, and biofield energy healing. It's like her hands are pinpointing energy barriers and discomfort to restore harmony and relief. Her sessions have also helped release some deep emotional barriers that were impacting my physical well-being. Decided to try this place based on the positive feedback. Unfortunately, I left with uneven nails pointing in different directions and marks from being nicked twice with the nail file. When I returned the next day to speak with the manager and request a refund, I was informed that refunds were not offered. I was asked to return later in the day or the following day so she could "inspect" them due to their busy schedule. The only solution to this mess is to remove them and start anew, but my suggestion was disregarded. In over two decades of getting my nails done, this has been the most disappointing set/experience I've encountered. I will be seeking another salon to rectify this.
