Decided to try this place based on the positive feedback. Unfortunately, I left with uneven nails pointing in different directions and marks from being nicked twice with the nail file. When I returned the next day to speak with the manager and request a refund, I was informed that refunds were not offered. I was asked to return later in the day or the following day so she could "inspect" them due to their busy schedule. The only solution to this mess is to remove them and start anew, but my suggestion was disregarded. In over two decades of getting my nails done, this has been the most disappointing set/experience I've encountered. I will be seeking another salon to rectify this. A costly lesson learned.
My manicure turned out even more stunning than the image I showed for inspiration! The nail technicians at Gelax were incredibly kind and attentive, not to mention incredibly skilled! I left feeling absolutely beautiful with these nails. Thank you so much! 🥰 I will definitely be returning!
