Stefanie was fantastic. I wasn't having a good day, but by the time I left, she had me smiling and my eyebrows looking sharp!
Dropped by and Kat was free. She styled my daughter's hair. A lovely trim just as she desired. Kat did not cut it short, keeping it long and tidy. Kat, you deserve a rating of 1 million stars! Thank you so much! Xitlali is extremely pleased with her trim!
Naz devastated my hair. I asked for a 1 inch trim with one small layer an inch above the ends. She clearly went beyond that. She finished in 10 minutes, which speaks volumes. The worst part was when she took off the first massive chunk, I paused and questioned why she was cutting so much, to which she replied, "It's exactly what you wanted and it will look great." To be manipulated after a series of errors... it felt like she truly didn't care. I wanted to flee but I froze, knowing the damage was already done. My hair was thick and just above my rear, and now it's slightly past my shoulders with an awkward bottom layer resembling a rat's tail. Despite knowing better, I refrained from causing a scene, paid, and still left Naz a generous tip - I was at a loss. I tried to act normal, contain my panic, and ended up crying for the next two days. The salon manager, Stephanie, attempted to rectify Naz's mistakes (after my complaint and sending photos), but there wasn't much she could do; she confirmed it was a disaster. Naz was careless and unprofessional. She was aware of her blunder but instead of taking responsibility, she manipulated me. I had to spend an extra $200 to somewhat salvage it, but my hair was ruined. Thank you, Naz. AVOID HER SERVICES AT ALL COSTS.
