The most dreadful haircut I've ever received. I requested a straight cut, even presenting examples of non-layered hair, and to frame my face. He added layers which I absolutely did not want or request, and my hair is so uneven on both sides and lacks symmetry. I perused reviews before opting for this establishment and assumed I'd be in capable hands, but this is the worst haircut I've ever had. And when I reached out to rectify it, they suggested I return to allow him to "fix it"! There should not be anything that requires fixing, but given that there is, I would never allow the individual who botched it initially to touch my hair again! It would have to be cut even shorter to even it out, and it's already shorter than what I requested. To compound the issue, my hair grows incredibly slowly, so I'm stuck with this botched job for months until it grows out enough for someone else to rectify. I can't believe I paid for this cut. They curled and styled it before rushing me out, so I didn't notice how dreadful it was until I showered at home. Don't squander your money here and endure the embarrassment of a cut that resembles something a 13-year-old did with kitchen shears.

It was my premiere at Tony Hair Salon and it went splendid! Alex took care of me and did an outstanding job trimming my hair. I had no specific need except asking for a shorter cut due to the scorching weather. Alex did a wonderful job ensuring that the hairstyle I desired suited my face and frame. The layering was impeccable!
