I had a fantastic experience. Alex really took the time to grasp exactly what I desired for my balayage and created a stunning, authentic look. It's evident she's a master at her craft. Sam gave me the ideal cut, customizing it to suit my face and style. Both Alex and Sam were incredibly warm and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I'm absolutely smitten with my hair and will definitely be back. Highly recommend this salon to anyone seeking a new stylist.
Edited: the salon graciously offered to rectify the coloring. Taylor did a fantastic job! She listened attentively, double-checked with my desires, and suggested what needed to be done. She was very professional and the outcome was astounding!
