He was gentle and compassionate and went out of his way to help us. I scheduled the Organic Custom Facial and Revitalizing Scalp Massage with Nicole and she exceeded my expectations! This was my first time getting a facial and I was a bit hesitant, but Nicole created such a serene and rejuvenating experience. The prices are also very reasonable compared to other spas in the Raleigh area. I've never encountered any issues with GlowRx in Cary; their service is exceptional. However, the experience at GlowRx in Durham was a different story. There was a continuous turnover of staff, and despite being promised a zero APR promo rate on Care Credit, I never received it. I had to cancel a service due to my medical condition and requested a refund, but with the constant change in employees, I kept getting the runaround. Today was another frustrating experience in Durham; I had an appointment scheduled, but the employee I was supposed to see was no longer there, leading me to drive back to Cary once again. While the service is fantastic and the staff is friendly when things are in order, the Durham location needs to improve its organization. Therefore, I rate the Cary office 4 stars, as I split my rating between 5 stars for Cary and 1 star for Durham. I'll accept my losses, complete my treatments in Cary, and continue paying for services I never received.
