What an incredible team of experts! Just finished my second appointment for skin cancer removal. The experience was compassionate, caring, and pain-free. So glad I discovered Carry Dermatology, looking forward to my next appointment in 6 weeks! Also, reassuring to know that once you're in, you're taken care of! Impressive 6-week follow-up, they even addressed another skin concern I had and provided treatment.
Having recently relocated, I haven't encountered such exceptional dermatology care in years. The appointment was prompt, no long waits. The PA and doctor were both excellent, offering treatment options and taking time to understand my history. I felt well looked after and even received prompt responses for follow-up questions. Overall, a truly fantastic experience!
I needed a second opinion on a disfiguring condition. When I tried to schedule an appointment, I was informed to download and submit the new patient forms first. No issues there. (Couldn't find a fax or email on their site, so I was unsure how to submit the forms.) I texted the number listed on their site twice for help and got no response for days. Later, I found out the text number was different from what was on the site. I texted the correct number for an email to send my forms to and received just the email address with no further guidance. Not a problem, I sent my forms and insurance info but heard nothing back for days. After a follow-up email, still no response. When I called, I was told they required a doctor's referral for new patients (not on the website). Although it made sense, it would have been helpful to know earlier. The lack of communication and clarity has been frustrating. I won't be pursuing an appointment here.
