I just wanted to get THE most basic mani/pedi; cut/trim, file/buff, remove cuticle & NO polish. I got exactly that with the basic massage & scrub with the pedicure & massage with the manicure. Sandy offered a few other things & when I declined she didn’t push for more. And she did exactly what I asked for. I walked in at the top of the morning on a Sunday. A few of the employees were still standing outside after 10 AM waiting to get in. (They open @ 10 AM on Sundays!) I’m still unsure how they clean their used instruments since I was the 1st person, but she just grabbed whatever was in her rolling cart (could be clean from yesterday or not. I’m not sure).
Needed a gel manicure, came to “long lasting nail” hoping to get a decent one. Was able to walk in. That was the only benefit of my visit. I’m pretty rough with my hands, especially for work. But I just got my nails done this afternoon! I don’t understand why I always get the weakest technician. She just tried to upsell me on everything. It’s like dude why don’t you concentrate on doing good nails?! The edges are super rough and uneven paint has already chipped. Pffft.
My son got his nails done exactly how he liked. Great customer service! The nail tech took his time to actually blend the powder to get the color my son wanted. The only reason I rate it a 4 star is because it took a looonngg time. Longer than I feel it should have. Overall, decent place.
