I have given this place multiple chances due to its proximity, and I must say, I am utterly perplexed by the positive reviews. During my recent manicure and pedicure, the manicurist aggressively removed several cuticles, leaving my fingers extremely sensitive, painful, and limited in mobility. This experience is both absurd and infuriating. I now have bandages on most of my fingers, ironically covering the manicure. Additionally, my toenail was improperly cut, leading to significant pain, bleeding, and discomfort while walking. This level of unprofessionalism, carelessness, and inconsistency is unacceptable.
I’m enamored with my perfectly manicured nails and flawlessly shaped eyebrows! The warm reception here was delightful! Thank you, Billy! And Sister! I highly recommend this establishment in Carson.
