After my recent surgery, I was advised not to shower until after my post-op appointment. The itching on my head was becoming unbearable from not being able to wash it. I visited Great Clips and explained my situation to Alex. She was so understanding and accommodating of my limitations. Despite my difficulty in bending over and getting up, she assisted me with grace, even picking up my purse from the ground. Her kindness was truly appreciated!
I truly wish I could give more than five stars for the exceptional cut and service I received. The person who styled my hair, Taylor, made me feel like a million bucks when I left the salon. It was a rough day for me before coming in, so her efforts meant more than she could imagine.
