Whether you have long or short hair, she works hard to achieve your desired style. Beyond her great skills, Emily has a warm and charming personality. As someone more introverted, I appreciate her creating a welcoming atmosphere. So grateful to have found an amazing stylist like Emily.
I was so let down by my visit to Mystic Salon. I had a consult with Tressa who said she could make me a ginger in 3-4 hours for $300-400. But I ended up there for 6.5 hours, paid $500, and left with wet hair. The next day, when I texted her pics of my hair, she had a strange tone, like I did something wrong. My hair is fried, patchy, super dry, and not the color I wanted. The manager was no help, refusing a refund after my stylist messed up and was rude. Another salon said my ends were so damaged, I could only cut it or go dark. Avoid Tressa - she blocked me and deletes negative comments.
